NASCAR Announces New Charter System

NASCAR and its team owners joined together for a press conference in Charlotte to announce a long-term agreement, including a new Charter system. The Charter system is intended to promote a more predictable, sustainable and valuable team business model, and includes charters for 36 teams, a new team owner council and new revenue opportunities for Charter teams, including greater access to digital revenue.
