Proposed Bill Would Regulate Daily Fantasy Sports

In a bill proposed in the 2016 Indiana legislative session, Indiana hopes to buck the trend regarding daily fantasy sports.  While New York and Nevada have taken legal action to ban daily fantasy sports, Indiana hopes to regulate it and perhaps encourage regulated fantasy sports play in Indiana.
