Pending Changes in Bankruptcy Forms

U.S. Courts announced that, effective December 1, 2015, "most official Bankruptcy Forms will be replaced with substantially revised, reformatted and renumbered versions...The revised forms were approved by the Judicial Conference on September 17, 2015." Read more here.
