Umbrellas at the Ballpark Lead to Lawsuit

Umbrellas may protect you from rain, but they didn’t protect a fan from getting struck with a baseball at Yankee Stadium. Read more about assumption of the risk and umbrellas at the ballpark in this New York Times report about a recent personal injury lawsuit filed against the Yankees.
