On Monday, November 9, a fan who was injured when Kyle Larson’s car launched through the fencing at Daytona International Speedway during a February 2013 Xfinity Series race filed suit against NASCAR, International Speedway Corp and Daytona International Speedway. The incident caused injuries to more than 30 fans. Allen Davis was sitting in an upper part of the front stretch when he was struck in the head by debris, fracturing his skull and causing a denting of his brain. Read more here
