Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development Releases 2016 Hearing & Filing Schedules

The Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development recently released the 2016 Hearing & Filing Schedules for each of the administrative agencies governed under its authority. These include the Metropolitan Development Commission, the Boards of Zoning Appeals (Divisions I, II & III), the Hearing Examiners (including those in the excluded Cities), Plat Committee, Hearing Officer and Liquor Board. These schedules provide filing deadlines, hearing dates and other important information pertinent to attorneys practicing in the areas of land use, real estate development and hospitality.
