Upcoming CLEs of Interest

Two upcoming CLEs are of particular interest for Real Estate & Land Use Section members.

First, on Monday, November 16 from 4 to 5 p.m. at the IndyBar, the Tax Section and Real Estate & Land Use Section are teaming up to host Private-Public Partnerships in Real Estate: Minimizing the Tax Hit. Chad Halstead of Katz Sapper & Miller will be speaking. Real Estate & Land Use Plus CLE Section members can attend at NO COST.

Then, on Tuesday, December 15 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the IndyBar, the Environmental Law Section will host How Changes in the Marion Superior Court and IDEM Will Affect Your Environmental Law Practice. Speakers include: Hon. Timothy W. Oakes, Marion Superior Court; Comm Therese A. Hannah, Marion Superior Court; Comm. Carol Comer, Indiana Department of Environmental Management; Donald M. Snemis, Indiana Department of Environmental Management. This CLE is followed by a reception.
