NCAA Pulls Plug on Daily Fantasy Sports Games

The NCAA made moves to distance its events from daily fantasy games on Tuesday, October 20. They cited the belief that the fantasy games meet the definition of wagering. Advertising by daily fantasy websites has been banned for future NCAA championship events. You can read more about the decision in the IBJ here.
