Guardianship Information for Non-Attorneys Now Available

Due to the enormous demand Kids' Voice of Indiana has seen for guardianship forms for those seeking guardianship without an attorney, we completed forms and instructions to put onto our website. These forms are now available for those unable to afford an attorney and/or for those trying to get a quick result to help a child in their life.

Our new section of the website, Guardianship Information for Non-Attorneys, is now live! The forms are all there, as is the instruction booklet. This is a helpful and informative resource that may be useful for your clients.
