9th Circuit Upholds Lower Court's Decision, Says NCAA Violates Antitrust Law

On September 30, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court's decision in the O'Bannon case that NCAA rules restricting payment to college athletes violate antitrust laws.
