The United States Bankruptcy Court Southern District of Indiana made the following announcement on Friday, August 28:

The Court’s electronic filing system was unavailable the afternoon of August 27, 2015, and that unavailability extended to the end of normal business hours.

Pursuant to the Court’s CM/ECF Administrative Policies and Procedures Manual, which has the force and effect of a local rule pursuant to Local Rule B-5005-4, the Court now determines that the Clerk’s office was “inaccessible” on August 27, 2015. Therefore, pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 9006(a)(3), any deadline of August 27, 2015 is extended to August 28, 2015.
