The U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Indiana has decided to eliminate the concept of a "notice of ineligibility for discharge" in Chapter 13 cases. Given the minimal impact of this change - requiring parties to use a motion instead of a notice - the Court has determined that publication of this proposed edit for public comment is not necessary. Therefore, effective immediately, the Local Rules are edited to delete subparagraph (e) of B-4004-1.
