Message from the Chair: The Latest Section Updates

As this year's section chair, I'd like to update you on what your section is doing this year.  In late spring, the section hosted a meet and greet with new Marion County Environmental Judge Timothy Oakes. The event was a success and provided a great introduction for the environmental bar.

Moving into the fall, look for a CLE on brownfields redevelopment on Tuesday, September 22.  We hope you will be able to join us.  Later in the year, we are looking forward to providing an update on environmental insurance coverage issues, so keep an eye out for that on the IndyBar website. Hope to see you there!
