Fireworks: State Laws Squelch Local Limits

Fireworks were still in full force around Indiana days after the Fourth of July had come and gone. The use of fireworks is protected by Indiana Code 22-11-14-10.5 for the five days before and five days after July 4th. Some localities are trying to limit such use without much effect. Read more here.
