Change in Distribution of Wage Assignment Orders - Chapter 13 Cases

Effective Monday, July 6th, the Indianapolis Division Chapter 13 trustees will begin distributing wage assignment orders entered in Chapter 13 cases. Docket text for such orders will state that the trustee shall distribute the order.

Responsibility to distribute orders terminating wage assignments will not change. The party that uploaded the order will be expected to distribute. Orders in cases where the debtors are pro se will be distributed by the trustee.

The change described here does not affect wage assignment order distribution in the Evansville, New Albany, and Terre Haute Divisions.
