A 7th Circuit panel has denied Notre Dame University’s latest challenge to the ACA’s contraceptive mandate. The Court denied the school’s request for injunctive relief, finding that the contraceptive coverage requirement – as modified by an accommodation for nonprofit religious organizations – sufficiently balanced the school and the government's competing interests before trial.
