Electronic Application Submission and Miscellaneous Fee Payments via Pay.gov Mandatory

On April 22, 2015, the 7th Circuit began accepting Applications for Admission to Practice within the ECF Filing System. Payments will be processed by credit card or ACH Transaction via Pay.gov.

Additionally, on this date, the 7th Circuit began accepting requests for Certificates of Good Standing, Duplicate Admission Certificates, Oral Argument Recordings and Certified Documents within the ECF Filing System. Payments will be processed by credit card or ACH Transaction via Pay.gov.

On May 4, 2015, the use of the ECF System to submit the above items will be mandatory for Attorney Filers. Details are available at www.ca7.uscourts.gov.
