The Litigation Section's Litigation Trial Skills Series continues this month with In-Trial Motions on Wednesday, May 13 from noon to 1 p.m. This CLE help identify which motions to file (and when) and how to best present them for the court. It will be led by two well-respected lawyers, one from the plaintiff’s perspective and one from the defense perspective, with significant experience trying cases through verdict and appeal.
