Courtroom Relocations: Judge Carr and Judge Lorch

Judge James M. Carr has relocated into the space formerly occupied by Judge James K. Coachys, courtroom 325. His move allowed Judge Basil H. Lorch III to return to the chambers and courtroom he formerly occupied, courtroom 310. More information here.
