CMS Introduces the “Next Generation� ACO Model

The Next Generation ACO Model offers expanded financial incentives that increase performance risk for greater reward. With this new model, CMS is poised to test whether or not strong financial incentives coupled with innovative tools afforded to ACOs can improve health outcomes.
