9th Circuit Hears NCAA Appeals on O'Bannon Case - Sports and Entertainment Law News

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals recently heard arguments on the NCAA appeals regarding the O’Bannon case. (Read more about the outcome of O'Bannon v. NCAA here.) Judge Wilken’s rulings in favor of full cost of attendance scholarships and college athlete compensation for use of image and likeness are now both under review.  For more information, click here
