Sherri Elder recently completed training to be an elder mediator. Her practice is centered around helping families resolve conflicts around issues such as caregiving responsibilities, financial management, safety, healthcare decisions, and living arrangements for an aging loved one.

Franci Fealk has moved from the Law Offices of Marc Katz to Boesen & Snow Law where she will practice as a Mergers & Acquisitions Lawyer.

Raegan Gibson recently completed 40-hour mediation training. Her practice focuses on real estate and business litigation throughout Indiana.

Harwell Legal Counsel LLC has now become Harwell Criminal Defense. The firm supports clients in areas such as criminal defense and immigration advocacy. 

Travis Jensen recently completed 40-hour mediation training. In his practice he represents individuals who have suffered serious injuries or lost loved ones due to negligence. 

Jon Stowell, Senior Associate Counsel and Managing Attorney of the Law Offices of The Cincinnati Insurance Company in Indianapolis, will retire from the company on August 14, 2026. 

Thomas Todd Reynolds recently joined Hume Smith Geddes Green & Simmons LLP as a partner. He was previously a solo practitioner. His practice will continue to focus on litigation and mediation services.
