Indiana Supreme Court Takes Environmental Contamination Appeal

Environmental and insurance coverage practitioners will be following a case now pending before the Indiana Supreme Court. For the week ending February 27, 2015, the Indiana Supreme Court took just one case on transfer. The case involves a dispute over insurance coverage for environmental contamination. Read more here.
