Legislation for Economic Development Funding Reduced - Environmental Law News

Legislation aimed at funding economic development was reduced recently. Under the original proposal, the Underground Storage Tank Excess Liability Trust Fund would have provided $40 million toward the initiative, but this spurred objections from the Indiana Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association.
