Involuntary Annexation: Significant Process Changes Under Consideration

Annexations can be an important part of the entitlement process for new developments in Central Indiana. Under SB 330, legislation that is currently being considered by the General Assembly, the process of involuntary annexation would be changed in significant ways. This article gives some insight into the thoughts of legislative leaders on this contemplated change.
