The Patriots will play in the Super Bowl on Sunday, but the team has been riddled with controversy ever since they played against the Indianapolis Colts for the AFC Championship. There has been a lot of uproar over the fact that 11 of the 12 footballs used were seemingly under-inflated, and one attorney has taken a look at the legal implications of "deflategate" in light of the NFL's constitution.
