How the Well-Being Committee Can Help You
In today’s fast-paced world, balancing work, life, and personal health can feel like a juggling act. With the constant pull of deadlines, family obligations, and societal pressures, it is easy to lose sight of your well-being.

With this year’s rebranding of the Well-Being Committee, we are here to create a safe, supportive space of open conversation around mental, physical, and emotional health within our legal field. We are aimed at normalizing conversations about stress, anxiety, and other challenges we face as lawyers, making it easier for people to seek help without feeling judged or isolated.

We as lawyers are under tremendous amounts of stress, leading to high rates of anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, and substance abuse among our peers. That is where the Well-Being Committee comes in.  If you or a colleague has a traumatic event, loses a loved one, or just needs assistance, the Well-Being Committee is here for you. We want to be an outlet to seek help, whether that is through meals, transportation, or just a listening ear.  It’s easy to connect!  Email:  IBA@indybar.org
