Body:

Dear IndyBar Members,

The Indianapolis Bar Association reaffirms our respect for all individuals and our commitment to upholding the rule of law. As members of the legal profession, we are uniquely positioned to come together to promote a deeper understanding of the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution, and how our democracy strives to serve all citizens.

In that spirit IndyBar is launching a greater initiative to educate communities about the fundamental principles that support our democracy. Our goal is to empower every citizen with the knowledge to appreciate and uphold the values that keep our society strong, just, and fair for all. We are committed to providing the tools, resources, and discussions necessary to help individuals better understand the Constitution, our laws, and the justice system.

The work ahead is vital, and we welcome all members interested in participating in our efforts. We stand firm in our belief that the rule of law must remain a cornerstone of our political and legal systems, and we welcome and encourage continued collaboration to ensure its preservation for generations to come.

As we move forward with this initiative, we’ll be reporting progress to our members and will continue to invite involvement in our efforts. To voice your interest in participating simply email me and/or our Executive Director, Julie Armstrong at jarmstrong@indybar.org.

Sincerely,
Lee Christie, President
Indianapolis Bar Association
