It’s hard enough running a law firm, without having to schedule time and effort to revise the templates you use in your law practice. So, most lawyers don’t take the time to do it at all. They get it. Literally everyone gets it.

However, there are three simple moves that you can make to ensure that your passwords are more impressive and difficult to hack. That will, in turn, better secure the systems you are using passwords to protect – which, at this juncture, are pretty much all your systems.

ChatGPT is all anyone can seem to talk about these days, from grandmas to grade schoolers.  That is how you know when a technology has captured the popular zeitgeist. Now, if you haven’t used it yet, or are unfamiliar with it, ChatGPT is what is called a ‘generative AI’ tool, that is rendered in the form of a chatbot.

Speed of response and engagement is essential for starting legal consumers on the client journey.  If you don’t get to your leads quickly, you won’t have a chance to close them. So when someone calls your law firm, it's important you pick up... or have someone pick up for you. That’s in part because 64% of law firms' voicemails are never returned.
