Have a legal question? During the stay at home order in place with the Covid-19 pandemic, the IndyBar has had to cease all in-person and ongoing free, legal advice telephone programs.

In its place, the IndyBar has launched an online chat function connecting you with licensed Indiana lawyers who work in law firms, agencies and organizations throughout the city and donate their time in order to provide this valuable community service. They'll be prepared to provide assistance with questions on topics like divorce, child custody, support, and parenting time, criminal, landlord/tenant issues, bankruptcy, personal injury, employment law and more. Communication is confidential.

To take advantage of this free advice service, go online to www.indylawyerfinder.com and you will find the Talk to A Lawyer pop-up in the bottom right corner.

Individuals seeking representation by a lawyer are encouraged to contact the IndyBar’s Lawyer Referral Service at (317) 269-2222, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or go online to www.indylawyerfinder.com.
