Through the Low Asset Wills Program, Indianapolis Bar Association attorneys draft wills for FREE as a service to the community. Qualified individuals can meet privately with an attorney who will draft a last will & testament and advance directives for them.

Who will carry out your wishes about financial & health care matters when you can no longer speak for yourself? Do you have provisions in place for minor children? Every person, regardless of age or assets, should have a voice.

Indianapolis Bar Association attorneys are drafting end of life documents for free as a service to the community. Qualified individuals can meet privately with an attorney who will draft a last will & testament and advance directives for them.
