Attached are two Lake Circuit Court orders, entered March 10, and related to minimizing exposure to contagions.

Briefly, one order automatically permits remote appearance on any non-evidentiary hearing or conference, and finds that illness or exposure to illness is “good cause” for a request to continue.

The other order requires that any person coming into Lake Circuit Court offices or courtrooms with flu or flu-like symptoms immediately notify the staff, and follow further instructions.
