The purpose of the IndyBar Environmental Law section is to promote the objects of the Association within the field of environmental law and to promote and increase dialogue between legal practitioners in that field. The section studies and reports upon the proposed, necessary and desirable legislation; encourages members of the Association interested in the problems of environmental law to meet and confer upon their various problems through this section; promotes the legal education of members of the Bar and the public on the problems of environmental law through the sponsoring of meetings, and conferences in the field of environmental law.

A Message from the Section Chair
“Welcome to the online home of the Indianapolis Bar Association's Environmental Law Section. As the 2017 Section Chair, I encourage you to stay involved with our Section by attending our CLE programs, networking with your colleagues at our social events, and giving back to the local community at one of our volunteer outings. Please let me know if you have any comments or suggestions on how we can continue to add value to your membership. If not a member, please consider joining us. Also remember to visit our website often as it is continually updated with useful news, information and announcements.”
