Diversity Job Fair

The Indianapolis Bar Association Diversity Job Fair

Are you passionate about starting your career in a Midwestern city that has both cosmopolitan style and small-town charm? Looking to meet legal employers from large, medium and small firms, as well as government agencies, corporations and members of the judiciary? Get a jump start on creating lasting relationships at the 2017 IndyBar Diversity Job Fair.

Employers will be hiring clerks or interns, not offering permanent placement; they will expect to interview 2Ls or those graduating spring 2020/2021 based on full or part-time status.

Destination: Employment
In 2016, 61 law students from around the nation participated in the IndyBar Diversity Job Fair.  Thirty employers conducted more than 300 interviews in one afternoon; nearly 50% of interviewing students received callbacks for second interviews and 21 offers of employment were made as a result of  THIS fair.  In 2018, we expect the many of same employers will be conducting interviews, providing another great opportunity for you to get a job in Indianapolis for the summer 2019.

Students: Registration Opens March 1
The IndyBar Diversity Job Fair seeks DIVERSE candidates representing aspects of diversity who are looking for a one-of-a-kind legal community in a Midwestern city that has both cosmopolitan style and small-town charm.
