Diversity Job Fair

The Indianapolis Bar Association Diversity Job Fair

August 10-11, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 health crisis, the 2020 IndyBar Diversity Job Fair will be hosted in a modified virtual format. See below for additional information.

Are you passionate about starting your career in a Midwestern city that has both cosmopolitan style and small-town charm? Looking to meet legal employers from large, medium and small firms, as well as government agencies, corporations and members of the judiciary? Get a jump start on creating lasting relationships at the 2020 IndyBar Diversity Job Fair.

Employers will be hiring clerks or interns, not offering permanent placement; they will expect to interview 2Ls or those graduating spring 2022/2023 based on full or part-time status.

Destination: Employment
In 2019, 40 law students from around the nation participated in the IndyBar Diversity Job Fair. Thirty-one employers conducted more than 350 interviews in one afternoon. In 2020, we expect the many of same employers will be conducting interviews, providing another great opportunity for you to get a job in Indianapolis for the summer 2021.

Employers and Sponsors: Registration Closes June 17!
Find the future of the Indianapolis legal community at the 2020 Diversity Job Fair! Over the course of 24 hours, you'll get to virtually meet with second-year law students from a broad spectrum of demographics and law schools. Please email Deneen Fitzgerald for information on participating as an employer or sponsor. Sign up to be an employer or sponsor here.

Students: Registration Closes June 15!
