Students must bid on interviews in order to participate in any of the IndyBar Diversity Job Fair events, including the reception and student workshops. Please bid on all employers - only selecting a few employers will negatively impact how many interviews you receive.

Tuition Scholarships Available
Indy employers put their money where their mouth is!  They are truly interested in supporting diverse talent and will be awarding $2,500 scholarships to interviewing students. Scholarships are NOT financially-need-based and everyone who applies will be considered. Click here to apply for a scholarship. Applications are due July 8, 2020.

Travel scholarships may become available at a later date.

Interview Process
nterviews at the Job Fair are arranged as follows: it is our goal for students and employers to mutually select each other during the bidding process. In the event your schedule isn't filled, you may be placed in an interview with an additional employer you may not have selected. All interviews will be conducted at the Hilton Indianapolis.

Students will have a maximum of eight interviews, but will have the additional opportunities to meet and network with employers at the Welcome Reception on Monday, August 10 or during the Keynote Lunch on Tuesday, August 11.
