Frequently Asked Questions
I recently attended an IndyBar seminar-why isn't that credit on my record?
As recommended by the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education, credits from IndyBar CLEs are reported 30 days following the seminar. Payment in full for the seminar is required for CLE credit reporting. Please allow an additional two to three weeks for processing by the commission once credits have been reported by the IndyBar. If this time period has passed and your credit has not been applied to your record, contact Director of Programs Deneen Fitzgerald at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I attended an IndyBar seminar but need the credit in another state. What do I do?
IndyBar CLE seminars are approved for credit in Indiana only. Individuals seeking credit in other states are responsible for submitting the course for approval to the respective crediting organization. IndyBar staff is happy to provide you with whatever documentation is necessary for requesting credit in another state. For assistance, contact Director of Programs Deneen Fitzgerald at email@example.com.
