Why should I consider applying?
You will benefit personally and professionally and will be better prepared for leadership opportunities and challenges. You will have a chance to meet and interact with prominent legal and community leaders, develop leadership skills, explore long-term opportunities for leadership and form a lifelong network.

How does it work?
The series begins with a two-day retreat in September. Subsequent sessions are held at the Indianapolis Bar Association Education Center or other Indianapolis venues from noon until 4:30 p.m., October through May, and include lunch. Each session features substantive presentations, roundtable conversation and small group discussion by local leaders, most earning CLE credit, and leadership development curriculum. The cost is $750 per person (installment payment available). Some scholarships are also available.

The program includes all leadership sessions plus the development and execution of a community service team project in collaboration with an existing IndyBar Section or Committee, which will be completed during the series.
