Continuing Legal Education

In a recent disciplinary decision, the Indiana Supreme Court gave the bar some guidance regarding a lawyer’s duties when handling evidence. This seminar focuses on where your duties to your client end and where other duties begin. This program also discusses confidentiality, duties to preserve evidence, duties to report child abuse and when a lawyer needs to call in law enforcement.
