As part of the larger discussion on police reform taking place across the country, the legal doctrine of qualified immunity has increasingly come under scrutiny. During this program, our experienced panel will discuss what qualified immunity is, how it operates in practice in Indiana and the doctrine's strengths and weaknesses with a particular focus on its application to law enforcement.
