Continuing Legal Education

There's a multitude of issues and considerations to take into account when starting a new Indiana nonprofit corporation as a tax-exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). This seminar walks you through the basics of organizing a 501(c)(3), beginning with articles of incorporation and going through the receipt of an IRS determination of tax-exempt status. This program aims to be a "how-to," and provides example basic forms for articles, bylaws and board resolutions.
