Continuing Legal Education
As described by one of the first federal judges to resume jury trials after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, being a judge right now can seem a lot like “building an airplane while you’re flying it.” Marion County Courts, and all courts around the state, have adjusted their operations and schedules to aid in limiting the spread of the virus. During this year’s roundtable, you will hear from Marion County judges, AKA: our judicial aviators, on how they are handling issues regarding in-person and virtual evidentiary hearings and trials–the components of a case that can truly impact your client’s interests.
Featuring
Hon. John Chavis and Mag. Therese Hannah, both of Marion Superior Court; Hon. Jonathan M. Brown, Hamilton County Superior Court; Hon. Paul A. Felix, Hamilton Circuit Court. Moderated by James Bell, Paganelli Law Group
