Continuing Legal Education

With various roles that environmental consultants can play, knowing what is discoverable and what is immune from discovery when in litigation can be difficult. This program focuses on the discovery into environmental consultant files, draft reports and communications under both federal and state laws when the environmental consultant is a testifying expert, a non-testifying consulting expert and the site remediation consultant (possible fact witness). Tune in to this program to hear the most recent legal decisions as well as practical tips.

During this program, Charles Kidd discusses ethical challenges faced by regulatory attorneys as well as hot topics at the Indiana Supreme Court’s Disciplinary Commission.

NOTE: Once you review the program in its entirety, the IndyBar will report all credits earned within 10 days of completion directly to the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education.  Posting by the Indiana CLE Commission of the credit to your CLE transcript may take 30 days. Additionally, there are codes provided to the live audience during this webinar to verify attendance.  Those viewing this recording do not need to report those codes.
