Continuing Legal Education

The purpose of the Estate Planning & Administration Section is to help practitioners be the best at what you do. This program, an annual favorite, is specifically designed to keep legal professionals in estate planning and administration at the top of their game! Featuring two experienced estate planning practitioners, the program covers recent legislative and case law developments that affect attorneys and paralegals in this area of law. Attendees will learn about changes taking effect this year as well as about cases from June 2019 to May 2020 that involve estate planning, trust and estate administration and guardianships.

Staying on top of legislative updates now can help you be more successful later and help your clients to the best of your ability in the future!

NOTE: Once you review the program in its entirety, the IndyBar will report all credits earned within 10 days of completion directly to the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education. Posting by the Indiana CLE Commission of the credit to your CLE transcript may take 30 days. Additionally, there are codes provided to the live audience during this webinar to verify attendance.  Those viewing this recording do not need to report those codes.
