Remote hearings are becoming the new normal, so this program provides everything you need to know for a successful virtual family law hearing! Our presenters are judicial officers currently conducting remote hearings, and they come together to give practice tips and pointers for how to participate in a virtual evidentiary hearing, how to “call” witnesses, offer exhibits, service issues in a virtual world, tips to maximize your effectiveness during a virtual hearing and general do’s and don’ts.
