Continuing Legal Education

Many attorneys and their clients are struggling right now to figure out where to “pull dollars from” within their own business in an effort to put food on the table. Should you go to the bank and take out a loan now that interest rates got slashed again? Should you tap into your retirement account? Should you turn on your Social Security early (for those over 62 years old)? Should everything just go on credit card debt until you can pay it back? These are all questions we’ll address during this webinar so that you can make informed decisions and advise your clients.

From a high level, our presenter will go over overall planning philosophies that people should adhere to in order to avoid being in a bad situation when crises, like the current pandemic, occur. We'll also discuss what resources are available to you at this moment if you are already “in it” and didn’t plan accordingly.
