Continuing Legal Education

As robotics and automation expand into more industries and applications, it's important to be aware of the risk mitigation strategies used by industry professionals. At this seminar, our experienced speakers provide a brief introduction to the world of automation and the integration of robotics into property improvement projects. They also show some of the strategies they use every day in negotiating several of the major risk management terms that impact this high-tech industry, including resolving provisions related to the contract price and schedule, warranties, intellectual property rights, indemnification obligations and limitations of liability.

Speakers
Mark Voigtmann and Brian Clifford, both of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP

Please note: Once you review the program in its entirety, the IndyBar will report all credits earned within 10 days of completion directly to the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education. Posting by the Indiana CLE Commission of the credit to your CLE transcript may take up to 30 days.
