Continuing Legal Education

Sometimes, ethical lines are blurry in the practice of law. Those lines can become even more unclear when it comes to pro bono representation. Pro bono activity is increasing among Indiana attorneys, so it's important to stay on top of best practices and ethical considerations when it comes to these unique cases.

This program is a panel discussion featuring information, resources, practice tips, and ethical considerations relating to pro bono representation. Our speakers address specific rules and important steps to take to avoid any ethical pitfalls for the lawyer and in order to provide better representation to the pro bono client.

Speakers
Monica A. Fennell, Faegre Baker Daniels; Carolyn (Cari) Small Grant, Grant & Grant; Jeff Heck, Indiana Legal Services, Inc.; Kristine Seufert, US District Court
