What is the best way to turn in evidence? What should you keep out? What can't you forget? What is the most convincing evidence and what evidence is not worth pursuing? What must you present to preserve the record for appeal? Evidence can make or break your case, so it's important to the success of your case to know the answers to these questions.
During this program, a panel consisting of a judge, a trial attorney and an appellate attorney present the different and important aspects of evidence and tips for turning in the most important evidence.
