We're constantly negotiating. Whether that be within our office, with clients or with outside parties, the role is generally the same no matter with whom you're negotiating: convince the other side to give you a better deal and in turn, reach an agreement. 

During this program, we review effective negotiation strategies. Our speakers, experienced legal bargainers, share war stories and give tips on what works and what doesn't when it comes to negotiating. We end with a Q&A session.
