Female mentorship in the workplace is important now more than ever, and the IndyBar Women and the Law Division is looking to help you find your perfect match! The WLD's 2021 Mentoring Program will look a little different this year, but even in its virtual format, the program opens the door to the IndyBar's abundant network of female lawyers ready to become a part of YOUR team and aid your success as a lawyer in Indianapolis.
Fast Facts:
- Mentoring teams consist of 3-5 people with a balanced mix of mentees and mentors.
- Each mentoring team will meet once a month (or as often as schedules allow!) to share advice, perspectives and stories.
- Sign up deadline for the mentoring program is February 12, 2021.
How to Sign Up:
- Sign up for the Mentoring Program through this event page.
- If you are not able to attend the virtual gathering, select the "Mentoring Program Only" event rate option and continue the registration process. There is no fee for the Mentoring Program.
Come together with your mentor and other pairs over Zoom as we celebrate the kick-off this remarkable mentoring program. We'll also move into breakout rooms and chat about what it really means to be a mentor and how establishing a solid relationship can not only impact your professional life, but your personal life, too.
Mentoring groups will get to meet each other in breakout rooms and interact for the first time at this virtual event. In order to well serve program participants, please register well in advance!
Upon signing up for the Mentoring Program, you'll receive an email asking for your information in order to place you in your mentor groups/pairs. Please fill out this form no later than February 12!
